  • Rebecca Edwards – Senior Consultant/CEO

    Rebecca brings a blend of experience from strategic planning to a working knowledge of practice administration of both large and small practices. She has spent her career helping businesses re-engineer themselves to great success and profitability. Her specialties include strategic analysis, planning and operations.

    Having earned her MBA from the London School of Business and Economics, she brings her global experience as a business and marketing executive to use for your medical practice. She serves as a key player in implementation and project management of AscentialMed’s practices. Her experience and leadership training are invaluable to AscentialMed’s customer base.

  • Amanda Hager – CNA, PM

    Amanda has been working in and involved in the medical community for many years. She worked as a Home Health CNA. Later she worked in Primary Care as Front Desk Coordinator before being promoted to Practice Manager. She has become very well versed in Primary and Pediatric Practices. Amanda is considered a Super-User with AthenaHealth EMR and has had extensive training at their headquarters in Watertown, MA. She has experience in all facets of Practice Management from Credentialing, P & L, Operations and Quality Improvement within Medical Offices. Her training and experience make her a very valuable asset to our team and one of our leading Project Managers.

  • AscentialMed also has several people on the credentialing team and you might be working with Stephanie, Allen or Rebecca on your Practice/Personal Credentialing and Enrollment with the Insurance Companies. This team also works in conjunction with Athena Go Lives teams when relevant.
  • We have a team of qualified people that work with our clients to help them with their billing and collections work where needed. So you may be working with Felecia, Patrice, Allison, Deanna, Donna, Jodie, or Sharon. This is a team that is growing all the time and learning new ways to get our practices more money for the work they do.
